Sao Nam
The search for good food is on again! This time around, we went to Sao Nam @ Tengkat Tong Shin, Bukit Bintang for some nice Vietnamese cuisines. I came to know about this restaurant when it was featured in The Star paper last Sat. Apparently, it was honoured as Malaysia Tatler's Best Restaurant for year 2006.

The South Vietnamese Crispy Pancake (Banh Xeo) seems like a pretty hot item in its menu, so we decided to give it a try. Actually i have tried once when i was in Aussie, it was really good. The one over here is not bad too. *yummy*
The cutest thing of all is the metal thingy that they hung on the toilet's door. There was no indication/difference for gents and ladies. Tsk.. Tsk... Tsk....

Hmm.. there's a 'Sao Nam' in Hartamas SC too.. next to Kim Gary. Anyways... looks nice and yummy.. and er.. 'interesting' sculpture there.. ;)

is the vietnamese pancake in the 3rd row of your pix? it doesn't come in one big piece like the one we had in melbourne?

sa: there's only one loo. so i guess that answer all.
ellewy: yes, it is the same. but not as big as the one we had in melbourne. the pix was taken when we were almost finish.. cos i forgot.. :P
unisex washroom... how interesting... never used one here before...
laymank: quie a lot of place with unisex washroom in malaysia ler. mostly in restaurants.
