An yang haseiyo?

It has been more than half a decade, and now it finally opens! Galaxy Ampang Shopping Center, a classic name, but does it has the ability to stay?

Went there for the Madagascar movie with my lil cousins today. The new cineplex is pretty good, all equipped with DTS (Digital Theater System) and nice comfy seats.

MBO Cineplex greets us with a SMILE! *hopefully*

Well, the counter looks good...

What amazed me is.. they have a kiosk for easier, faster and user friendly ticketing system, which is claimed to be the first in Malaysia. Not even TGV or GSC have a feature like that! *applause* On top of that, u get a RM1 discount for all the tickets purchased (not to mention the points collected for redemption later on). Aint that cool!? All u gotta do is get a membership card for a lifetime fee of 10 bucks, and pre-load it with 100 bucks. Now u are ready to go..

Okok, say no more, i'll let u experience it urself.

Before i hit the sack, here's a pic inside the largest korean supermarket in Malaysia (Galaxy Korean Mart). If u havent know, there's a Korean Village in Ampang, so that answer why the mart is there. There will be another supermarket called AusMart opening soon, but i dont see any Australian Village nearby. Hee :P

A long stretch of Korean drinks for sale.

Out.

Party in da house!

I was telling myself to leave the office "punctually" today, cos i have to attend my lil cousin bro's birthday party @ his hse. But everytime when i wanted to do it so badly, i will somehow, some way stuck in something, and ended up staying back. *sigh* I dont believe in this kind of jinx initially, but now im thinking twice.

Reached his hse around 7pm, and guess what?!! We are the earliest guest. Talking bout Malaysian time, man. But it is good, cos we could feast on the food first! There's KFC, pizza, fried beehoon, fried mee, dumplings, roast pork, egg, .... *BURP*burp* Ooops, sorry! hehe.. :D

*drooling*saliva dripping*

Cousin sis Kai Yan, birthday boy Pin Han and their mommy.

Look at how many Gundam's toy that he has received as birthday presents!! I luv the lollipop the most!

We cant finish all the food in the end. If im not mistaken, I dont think we ever finish off anything during a party. Therefore, distributions among family members is the best solution we could get, and my mom got home with a lot of dumplings. I guess that is my breakfast tomoro. *stare blankly at the plastic bag*

My Vehicle, My Vision

It was a fuss. The word "Myvi" was whispered thru every ears, causing some unnecessary chaos. Everyone wanted to see the new car from Perodua.

Finally, me and my colls went to check out the cars on its launching day. The place was crowded with people, as usual. I heard praises everywhere... O_0 So much hype and so much comparison made between Myvi and Jazz, pretty much because they look so alike in exterior.

Olive green Myvi

That car above is the first to be delivered to the customer. Check out The Sun newspaper today. No wonder i saw reporters around, why didnt it strike my mind before?!

Hidden exhaust pipe? hmm, that sounds cool..

Seriously, the car is really pretty good. Quite spacious, look nice, whole lot cheaper than Jazz... hmm, i think i need to get someone to buy the car so that i can have a ride in it! haha :P Anyone out there who has booked or even thinking of buying, pls lemme know. I wanna be in the guest passenger's list. Deal?

U cannot believe this, but it is real. We went to the Giordano Warehouse Sale in Segambut during lunch today. Yes, yes, we took all the lunch hour for some shopping spree, mebbe not some, but who cares? The sale venue was a bit.. erm.. isolated. But those people have no prob getting there! I was amazed!

I managed to get ONE halter neck top. Yeah, I have to admit i'm not very good in digging mountain of clothes. I either cant find the correct size, or the right pattern. *argghhh* I guess i need more practice, heee :D

Guys, u still remember the idol competition? Well, Carrie Underwood won the American Idol 4 yesterday. I've alwiz predicted her to win the competition, so im happy. My lil cousin bro called me shortly after the show ended @ 8TV.

cousin : "Big sis, u won!"
me : "huh? wat r u talking bout?"
cousin : "dont u know that u've won the american idol?"
me : "carrie lar, not me"
cousin : "it's u! same hair style!" *fyi, carrie had her hair crimpled that nite*
*duh*

The country Carrie Underwood.

I reached home today, greeted by him. Again,

cousin : "welcome, welcome" *while opening the gate for me*
me : *sense somethin amiss*
cousin : "u come all the way from America to see us!!" *jumping and clapping hands*
me : "ohh, erm, yeah"
cousin : "where's ur ferarri? u won the car yesterday... y r u driving an iswara?"
*fainted*

BTW, its his birthday tomoro. He's currently indulged in Gundam and he has been pestering me to get one for him as his birthday present. He already has a few sets of 'em in the closet and my mom just bought him a new Gundam vcd. That greedy lil kid.. hehe :P

Darth Plagueis

He was the Sith Lord to whom Darth Sidious was apprenticed. However Sidious betrayed Plagueis (standard practice among the Sith) and killed him in his sleep, thus becoming the Sith master himself. Plagueis is sometimes referred to as "Darth Plagueis the Wise," as he found a way to manipulate midi-clorians to prevent death.

Sidious' explanation to Anakin of Plagueis was as follows:

It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midi-chlorians to create life ... He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying.
[...]
He became so powerful . . . the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. (smiles) Plagueis never saw it coming. It's ironic he could save others from death, but not himself.

Anakin Skywalker transforming to Darth Vader

That is a lil part from Star Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Sith. The whole process of getting the movie tickets was really a hassle. All cinemas were fully booked for the first few days, and when i told my frens that i managed to book the tickets on Sun nite, they were amazed! I became the instant lord of the day, haha :D

Frankly speaking, the movie is not up to my expectations. After all the major publicity and money-consuming advertisement, i certainly expect more than that! It was like dragging a bit in the middle, with alot of talking. Maybe diff people have diff taste, but i still prefer LOTR.

"wat do u guys think bout the movie? i think it is ok only"
"i almost fell asleep in the cinema just now. so does that answer u?"
"erm, i guess so....."

"If u are not with me, then u are my enemy!" - Darth Vader

Cool line of the day...

There goes another day

I pestered my fren a few days ago to go to the Planetarium again, cos we couldnt make it on time the other day. I was so determined, therefore, we made sure we reach there early this time and its not a Monday! People learn from their mistakes, and so do we. And as we thought we were smarter liao, we fell into another trap. Its exhibition SUCKS big time!

Firstly, there werent much for display, and secondly, from the already limited display items, a few of them were not functioning. *duh* No wonder never have i heard anyone suggesting to go there in these 24 years.

We paid for a 15 mins mini teater about stars and the outer space. Do u know that our legs are slimmer if we are in the outer space with zero gravity? *amazed* Maybe the next slimming program will be done under zero gravity next time. Who knows??!!

We came out with our necks strained... results from looking up the ceiling too long.

I couldnt wait to get my butt out from that place and we headed for another mysterious place called Tun Abdul Razak Memorial Park. That was another disastrous move. The airconditioning system for the whole place (except for the reception area) were shut off, hence, i was almost drowned due to the lack of oxygen. How can any tourist come to visit the place if it continues going on this way?? I wasnt surprised at all when i realised we were the only group there.

The Royal Selangor is different! *thumbs up* Now that is what i call a place worth to visit.

World's largest pewter tankard

If u didnt know, the giant mug located at its entrance is listed in the Guiness Book of World Records as the World's Largest Pewter Tankard! This is something we should be proud of. hmm..

The visitor centre provides us with an in-house guide who took us for a factory tour, FOC. Founded in 1885 by Yong Koon, it has grown from a small shop to a well-renowned pewter factory in the world.

Yong Koon's touchmark - Yu He Zu Xi - is a combination of the Mandarin characters for Jade Peace and Pure Tin.

Welcome ON-board!

People come and people go. I had too many farewells lately, it's just so demotivating sometimes. In order to make it even, i should put up a welcoming blog to our newest member!

It is the first day of Tee Hui as a permanent employee of RSDC. And as usual, the "middleman" (Choo) has helped her to broadcast the good news to all of us.

"today is officially TeeHui's 1st day asperm ONer! Wish her a happi and long(?) working life here in RSDC??"
"sperm?? oh my gosh.. bad choo, bad chooo..."
"err.. wat lar, i mean perm -> permanent! what were u thinking?"
"how i know, in a glance, u seems to be typing sperm muh... muahaahaha"
*choo looking innocently*kekekeke*

The cute Tee Hui with her peace sign..

She is already with us for the past few months as a contract staff, so "new member" aint really the best word to describe her. But since a new employee should buy us a meal (a tradition one may not disobey), we might as well be nice enuff to crown her the name. Aren't we all such a great colleagues??!! ;P

Although being the smallest among us, but she is big in heart! One may even misunderstand her as a secondary (or most probably PRIMARY) school children. Here's what others think of her :

"tiny and fierce!" - Choo

"hmm... someone who is tiny... quiet in the beginning... mischievous when in the process to become permanent..." - Jeff

"when r we going for lunch together? dinner also i dont mind.." *eyes winking, giving hint to get a treat* - Louis

Anyways, welcome Tee Hui!

Further Information

Padang Kemunting in Melaka is the largest Hawksbill turtle landing in the whole of Malaysia. Located next to Port Dickson, it is a beach approximately 25km in length. Hawksbill turtles and Painted terrapins arrives, mostly between the months of May and September, to nests on the coastal sandy beaches of this secluded location. However, the mortality rate for turtles here has been increasing to 70%, as compared to Ma-Daerah where it has been reduced to only 35%. This strongly indicates that the turtle eggs have not been hatching well, and if nothing is done soon, the number of these endangered turtles will continue to dwindle thus facing a greater threat of extinction.

Watch out.. be careful..

Today is a special day. 20-05-2005. Ain't that cool??!! 20052005, 20052005, 20052005, *im getting crazy & dizzy*

Lately, a lot of accidents happened. Even my cousin became the victim of a 3-cars-crash. Her car was banged from behind, which resulted a huge impact that made her knocked the rear of another car in front. Luckily it wasnt too bad, as she escaped unhurt. Just getting a few holes in the pocket... :p

Her car's left front totally damaged.

The rear portion is not any better..

Just now, me and colleagues went to Tengkat Tung Shin for a farewell cum birthday lunch @ Jiak Guan (hokkien for "eat" "regular"). The place is quite nice, old-coffee shop feel. The food was so-so though.

As we were about to go up to our office, we saw a badly wrecked Waja at the right rear in the parking lot. I managed to take a shot of it when the owner (a lady) wasnt looking.

The wrecked Waja we just discovered. Look at that!

Tomoro will be the start of another long weekend holiday. And the highway will be crowded again, as usual, families going back hometown and holidays up north or down south. KL will have less traffic for a couple of days (except for the city centre where all the shopping complexes are located lar). I'll still be working, when everyone else is enjoying... one more day... one more day... *pray hard*

There is no plan yet for the weekend. Where should i go? What should i do? *mind goes blank* Anyhow, I'm gonna watch Star Wars III, by hook or by crook! There is no way u can get out of my grasp, the dark side is coming... hehehe... *evil laugh*

Daddy, how was i born?

I got this from a fren last week. The way he put it is funny, so i might as well share it out to u guys.

Junior asks his dad, "Daddy, how was I born?"

His dad sighs and replies, "Ah, my son, I guess one day you would have to find out anyway!" "Well, you see your Mom and I first got together in a chat room on MSN. Then I set up a date via e-mail with your mom and we met at a cyber-cafe. We sneaked into a secluded room, where your mother agreed to a download from my hard drive. As soon as I was ready to upload, we discovered that neither one of us had used a firewall, but it was too late to hit the delete button."

"Six weeks later your mom sent me an instant message saying that her operating system was showing signs of unauthorised program activity from a self extracting file which had implanted itself in her BIOS. Then nine months later a little Pop-Up appeared and said: 'You've Got Male'!"

Reply from me fren:

This never would have happened if she had used Mac OS X instead of Microsoft Windows.

You get unwanted "males" when you are not "protected".

Anyway, in the beginning of time, Microsoft was naive. But now Microsoft is a big girl and became prettier as she grew up - but still never really got real "protection" from the big bad world. Plus she was extremely "happy-go-lucky" in her new outfit she called "Windows XP."

So now everyone was "into" her. Sending her spam, adverts (spyware) saying how pretty she was just to woo her. The sad thing is, she always "layan" and never really could tell who was good and who was bad.

Now she has to have all sorts of vaccinations from her "doctor" - Slammer vaccine, Spyware vaccine. And her doctor charges her a lot for that as well.

People know that she's messed up but still "use" her. Maybe cos she's easy to get and does not require a lot of "bling-bling"...?

Maybe...

Therefore, we should all stop using Ms Windows so we won't get unwanted "males"? :)

End of the road

I was on emergency leave today. I need to attend my grand uncle's funeral ceremony in Selayang. For those who are wondering, grand uncle -> grandfather's brother.

He was 89, a great man. Eversince my grandfather passed away, urm, way before i was born or my parents got married, he was the one who lend his supporting hand to my grandma. So when my grandma passed away last Nov, he was devastated. Cried day and nite, and it was really amazing to know how close they were. Not long after that, he had some heart problem and kind of getting amnesia. It was on that spooky Friday the 13th, he had heart failure, and although the doc managed to save him at that point of time, doc said his time is up. The family members brought him back home and my grand uncle still managed to speak to all his childrens, grandchildrens and great grandchildrens before passing away peacefully. He is one lucky man! I'm gonna miss him much! *sob*sob*

As all of us were walking on the road to "send him off", i somehow stepped into a loop made by some plastic strings, and tripped myself. Oh my gosh! And now i have a HUGE bruise on my knee (for those who known me well, u all knew that i can easily get blue black). But i never thought it would be THAT BIG! *argghhh* No more skirts or short pants for at least a week or so...

I need to get some serious sleep. I havent been getting enuff rest since last week. Got a conference call with my boss in PHX tomoro @ 7.30am. Dont think im going for badminton after work... :(

Fresh air...i'm loving it!

Went to FRIM (Institut Penyelidikan Perhutanan Malaysia) this morning with my colleagues. I havent been there since a school trip during secondary. We made a promise to wait there @ 7.30am, and as usual, a group of late comers, becos they were lost! hehe :P

We started hiking after breakfast @ the cafetaria. Initially the road was easy, and we were chatting exitedly... but... it wasnt long when we reach the steps to go up to the top. Voices started to drown, all i can hear was sound of hard deep breath. We were basically dragging our feet up the steps one by one. That was really tiring, i tell u.

The troop.. abit tiny..

When we reached the peak, where the canopy walk is, we felt so good! Har, finally! But as we were about to continue, one of my coll vomitted cos he ate too much for breakfast and not having enough rest before starting the journey. Kids @ home, dont try to do this!

Goin down was fast, but more dangerous. The steps and stones were steep, and slippery. A mistake will cause u tumbling all the way down. We stopped by the small waterfall/stream for some refreshing water. It was nice! I really love the cool air! *inhale*exhale*

Some superstitious position or some one just simply got nothing to do? It is for us to find out...

"aktiviti yang melampaui tatasusila'?? such as?? Only 6 person are allowed to go up, but all 9 of us make it to the top at the same time. shhhhhhhhhhh......

Was really hesitate to take a shower first before i can throw myself to sleep. But when i think of my mom's nagging if she found out about it, no.. no.. no.. better make my way to the bathroom. ;)

Tomoro is another hectic day.

The Comic Boyz

I just came back.

Me and my frens went up to Genting again just now for the Comic Boyz Goodbye Concert. They have decided to go their own ways, so this was like the final way to appreciate all the supports given by their hard core fans. We got some free tics, so why not?? :P

The pretty lads.

Free tickets.. RM0.00.

We were late by half an hour, but it doesnt really matter to us. The Arena of Stars was far from full, i guess that is the reason why they are giving away free tickets. They were wearing shiny shiny silver pants, doing the dance moves, giving away posters, necklace, ring and even towel they just used to wipe off their sweat!! And i cant believe the 'guy' who managed to grab the towel actually SMELL it!! Omigod!! *vomit* *yukk*

Big screens for close up. But it wasnt that far from where we sit to the stage.

This is the closest i can get with one of the singers of the Comic Boyz. Cant remember who is he though.. oooppss...

To tell u the truth, they are not very good in singing, and to make things worse, the PA system wasnt working perfectly as they planned it to be. The music jumped numerous times, and the group was kinda pissed off at one time. As a result, they sang one of the songs without music, pure live vocal, and u can really hear how their nodes flew everywhere. *sigh* i think the decision to split is seriously a good move.

We wanted to have fried la-la in Wangsa Maju after that, but the stall was closed as it was already past midnite. We ended up in a place called Chui Sui Restaurant and the environment is not bad. Worth another visit..

Chui Sui Restaurant's nice layout.

Good bye Lee Shin!

Another one of my colleagues is going off, but not leaving the company. Instead, she will be based in our HQ in Phoenix, Arizona. Lee Shin is the person whom i got to know when i was still working back in Seremban. She was a contract employee then, and she filled up my position when i went back to UTM to finish my degree after the industrial training. When i came back to regain my position, she was transferred here. A very smart and intelligent lady, but some may consider her a workacholic, cos she can work day and nite, without rest. Superb!

Dearest Lee Shin...

It is so saddening when u see them leaving one by one. All the old employees will be replaced by a whole new batch. The turnover rate here in RSDC is kinda high lately. I guess the ONWard project pissed most of us here... Being postponed a few times, and now changing its direction from going live in a big bang to going by phase. Everything was basically packed in a "bag" and waiting for the time before we get the green light and unpack them and start all over again. Waste of our previous effort i tell u! Things are surely gonna change as time passes by.

We had a farewell lunch yesterday in Seoul Bulgogi Korean steamboat/BBQ restaurant @ Plaza Pantai. I dont think it is an ori korean restaurant cos the only korean food it served is kimchi. The rest are just normal steamboat/BBQ. Food was just so-so. Not much variety.

Everyone is busy with their food. If u see how much we ate, u will know how hungry we were...

Appitizer?? Erm, new Japanese vocab?

Normally we got away with the food we cant finish, cos we definitely know where to hide them... in the soup, in between plates and tissues... hehe :P

The best thing of all is, i dont have to fork out a single penny. My manager pay for my share as a welcoming lunch (after 9 months im here). In fact, there are 7 others who shared the same luck too. So now u know how many people has joined us in the last 9 months..

The lunch basically filled up every single space in my stomach. Went for badminton session with my colleagues after work and skipped dinner :P Cant take anymore food.

Today is Friday the 13th. I feel a bit spooky about it eversince i had an accident on this particular day 3 years ago. I was a university student back then in Skudai, Johor. I did quite bad on the exam that nite. Me and my house mates were trying to get over it, when one of them suggested we take a ride on a bike. We took turns to ride at the back of the motorbike, with the same driver (or should i say rider?). I was happily enjoying the ride, feeling the wind landing hard on my face, my body shivering in responds to the coldness, when all of a sudden, there is a Kembara speeded out from a junction somewhere. That was it.. i knew on that split seconds that we were not able to stop on time. The minute i opened my eyes, i was lying face down on the floor way in front of the car and the bike. I guess i've become the supergirl of the day. Yeah, Ms Incredible. :P

But it never stops me from riding a motorbike again, just that i may prefer a car now.. heee... :D

One nite in Souled Out

Met up with Dorothy for dinner last nite @ Souled Out. I havent seen her since last year, and she claims that she has grown fatter, gained 5kgs. Well, seriously i cant see any difference. Either u are so good at hiding 'em or ur weighing scale needs to find a new home in the dustbin.

While i was happily chatting and drinking, *ding*ding* "LAST CALL FOR HAPPY HOUR!" *waving a board just like those time out session in a boxing competition* . Hmm, the waiters/waitresses there are super energetic, and at one time, they were actually dancing in front of everyone. I was entertained, yeah!

Danielle and Casey a.k.a. Ah Wah, nice to meet u two. Its been an honour, but please, cut down on the ciggies, i dont wanna get suffocated. And thanks for the T-Drops candies. I feel like a kid again.... Jeremie, rest more, u looked very tired, and nice meeting u too.

Reached home super exhausted...

Almost couldnt open my eyes in the meeting this morning @ 7.30am. Cant concentrate. I need to sleep earlier tonite..

Health is important

Slept about 5 hours before my alarm went beeping @ 5.30am. It's time to wake my mom up to take her medicine. She had an appointment to take a colon test @ 9.30am in HUKM. The medicine has to be taken 3 hours in advance. As i was dragging myself to sit upright, my mom whispered "yeah, i know, im awake. u go back to sleep lar, i'll wake u up @ 6.30am later". I was immediately sent back to the dreamland ZZZZZzzzzzzz.....

When we reached the hospital, which is 1 hour and half earlier than the supposed appointment, there were already about 5 person waiting @ the gastrology dept. Kiasu or non-kiasu? I guess we are in the same group :(

The doc was late and when the test finished as i saw my mom being pushed out on a bed out of the room, it was already 11am. All the frustration of waiting for so long vanished when i heard those magical words.

Doc : "your mama is ok, no big deal, just having a weak colon"
Me : *phew* "but then how come she always wanted to go to the toilet?"
Doc : "told u dy tat her colon is weak, so it becomes sensitive and need to purge the useless stuff out almost immediately"
Me : "oic"

The nurse @ the pharmacy wasnt being nice at all. Got 2 out of 3 months of med supplies which means i have to come again in 2 months time to collect the remaining and then the next month for follow-up to see the doc. I requested to take the full supply so that i wont have to come twice but she just wouldnt listen. "we dont have so much stock at one time, so u have to take partially each time" Great!

Mom was a bit blur blur for the next few hours cos the anesthetic wasnt over yet, but she accompanied me to service my car and later on for a car wash anyways. *muaks*

There goes another day. And i've become poorer, RM 414.81 gone for a 40,000 km major service....

Bubye Brother!

It is the time my bro set off back to Labuan. He has been back here in KL for 3 weeks of semester break and lectures will resume 2moro. No, he is not studying anymore. Don't ever dream of being that young, bro. In fact, he is actually a Physic lecturer in the Labuan Matriculation College but ever since he works there, he has been growing horizontally... heee :P I guess his work is pretty relaxing, 14 hours of classes every week. *how i wish i had the same amount of working hours, not the growing part* blek.. :P

Morning, tea break; noon, luncheons; evening, tea break; night, dinner. The best thing are meetings, got kuih-muih and tea served. Who can avoid getting fat by going thru this kind of lifestyles??? Now u know how the government servants are enjoying their life. pretty amazing huh?!

Woke up early on a Sunday morning to send him to KLIA. Surprisingly this time around, i did not hesitate a single bit, in fact, i was actually looking forward to go there and... feast on the McD's breakfast meal!! i cant remember when is the last time i had my hands on those. I suddenly got the crave for it, especially the hashbrown *yummy*yummy*burp* oopps, excuse me!

Going up... to the departure hall.

Bro and mom on the way to the counter to do the check-ins.

The nice roof top architecture of our beloved KLIA.

Checking in the luggage was a prob though (again). Bro wanted to bring a monitor to Labuan and the whole box (with some other stuff inside) weighs 23kg! For ur info, in AirAsia, a person is only allowed luggages with the max of 15kg and he is way out of the range. Do u know that he still has 1 more luggage bag, 1 back pack and 1 laptop. *sweating*

Luckily he got a lot of colleagues taking the same flight, so he combined some of his belongings to be checked in with the others, and finally fly his way to Labuan. Sayonara!

Chocolates heaven.. goody, goody!

U had better be thankful.. cos the parking @ KLIA cost me 9 bucks for 2 hours! BTW, those pictures above were taken by my Nokia 6230.

okie.. gotta continue reading today's and yesterday's newspaper. i dont wanna be reading old newspaper! :P

Happy Mother's Day Mama!

Today is the day when we acknowledge the effort a person called Mama has put in all these years. She has been enduring all our stupid behaviours, taking all the hardworks all by herself. Day & Nite, without fail.

Being a parent is really not easy, children are their lifetime worries. When u are still a baby, she worries if u had enuff food and sleep. When u are a toddler, she worries about ur safety (erm, this one go forever) and which school u should be enrolled to. When u are studying, she worries if u are befriending the "correct" circle of frens and how will ur future be. When u are graduating, she worries if u r able to get a job. When u did, she worries if u can get along with ur colleagues and ur boss will appreciate ur works. When u are getting older, she worries if u will be able to find a life partner. And when u r married, she worries if u will be happy and ur wife/husband loves u. When u bear a child, she worries if u wil be able to take care of the child, cos in their heart, u r alwiz their lil baby. And then the cycle starts all over again. Never ending........

Family photo taken during CNY 2004.

I know i havent been a 100% good daughter for the past years. We quarelled at times, and made u feel sad and hurt. I m really sorry for what i have done, but i cant change what has happened. Dad is not here anymore to keep u company, and u only got us. I just wanna tell u from the bottom of my heart, i do LOVE u, mom!!! 4ever and ever! *muaks*

Undying love!

Crazy day eh??

I had the most utilized day in my life yesterday. Now i know and confirmed *stamped*, that i have a bunch of crazy frens... super crazy i tell u, but it was fun and exciting. I have no regrets at all! I would never have spent the day so happy without u guys. Thanks a lot!! Luv u guys!

To start off the day, we went to MidValley to get a gift for my fren's new house. We got her a nice comforter set, cos we tot of getting something which is very useful and not just for deco purposes. After strolling for a few hours, and gotten everthing we wanted, we headed off to Planetarium, which is a sudden suggestion from my fren. All of us never been there before (after 24 years living in KL), we decided to take a look at what it has to offer to the public since we have been driving around KL without any direction after getting out of MV. We were feeling so excited when we drove passed Lake Garden, Tun Abdul Razak Memorial Park, KL Bird Park... when we found out something was amissed. There is hardly any cars in the parking lot! Hmm, that is really weird, cos there cant be no one visiting a tourist attraction place. Damn, it is closed! Of all the day and time of the week, it is closed on Monday. Even if it opens, it will be closed @ 4.30pm and we were late for 15 minutes.

National Planetarium. Check it out, closed on Monday!

Ji Ric, Jane, Sok Yee, Kar Weng

So, we went to Lake Garden instead, and the camera i brought out comes handy. A lot of malay families went there for picnic, a really nice and warm family outings. Kids running around us, making us feeling that we are indeed old liao. Took a few pics until it started to rain. And we were back to the same dilemma again.

SY : "next station?"
Jane : "dunno"
JR : "come on, faster think of somewhere! i cant possibly be driving without knowing where to go. think harder..."
Jane : "seriously no idea ler, but definitely we will be going back to ur place to eat tong yuen in soya bean"
KW : "then? go home? i need a bath, my body is all sticky!"
JR : "jane, think of something, else i will go somewhere u dont want/cant go"
Jane : "i can go anywhere, im very flexible one"
JR : "then v go genting! haha! u and SY r gonna die, cos u guys r wearing sleeveless blouse and mini skirts somemore, sure kenot tahan.. hehe..." *laughed like a devil*
SY and Jane : "oh, wanna threaten us?? lets go lar.. v r not scare!" *dont wanna become a loser and a coward*
KW : "so u guys wanna go genting? if so, i need to change to a genting suit" *muahhaha*
All : "genting suit? WTH is that?"
KW : "mean long pants and long sleeve lor, with shoes so that can go in the casino, else i will wear short pants and slippers"
SY : "but all of us also not goin back to shower, will go like this nia"
CH : "or v go PD?"
KW : "so genting or PD? i need to know!!!"
CH : "y? u need to wear PD suit if v are going there? beach wear??" *all laughed histerically*
**conversations continued without conclusion**

In the end, my fren just drove us up to Genting, without letting us know in advance. We were still discussing where to go in the car after dinner when we knew that we were heading to the top of the hill while the signboard to Genting flew passed us. Goin up wasnt really hard although that was the 1st time he drove up. *thumbs up* Well done Ji Ric.

As soon as we stepped out of the car, we knew that we have a tough times ahead. It was damn cold!! We can hardly see anything further than 50M in front of us, all covered with vapour. We walked to the Genting Hotel, the indoor theme park, 1st World Hotel, everything was fine, because it was kinda warm. It's time to go out, and feel the coldness of the wind blowing softly passed every soul. My fren started to freeze and sneeze. We laughed at him.. poor guy, but he is the, erm, heaviest among us, so he should have an extra layer of protection. hehehe... *so bad, feeling a bit guilty* There are quite a number of surprising and shocked looks all around us. There is this uncle came up to us, "arent u guys feeling cold?" "ok lar" "im wearing a jacket and yet i still feel very cold, where r u guys from?" "local KL folks" *hehehe*

It was really a nice trip up to Genting after an experience of a super hot whether back in KL town. Indeed a great crazy getaway! And guess what!!?? We reached home @ the wee hours and some of my frens have to work today, where as i dont! I really salute them!! Hopefully they wont be fishing in the office the whole day... hahaha :P
