Happy Burp-day, Vero!

I got a new boss now. He came in yesterday and we had a brief introductory session after a scheduled training from PHX.

I was a bit worried initially when i got to know about him joining our team. First of all, it was because of his age. The large age gap between us made me wonder if it will become a barrier in our communication. If your boss dont understand what you are doing and u have difficulties in talking with him, then u are dead.

Anyway, i realized i have been thinking too much. He is kind of nice, and sporting as well. Hmm, at least for the first 2 days he is here. There is no problem talking to him and in fact, i spent more than an hour in our 1-1 session last Sat. That was really unexpected at all. :)

I guess he will be pretty busy getting used of our current environment and digesting the heaps of information to be transferred to him in the next couple of weeks. Hope everything goes well for him.

Oh yeah, btw, today is Vero's birthday. Happy birthday darling!

Vero and her hubby, Ah Hou.

She is the only fren i have who is very much involved in sports at international level. For your information, she was a tennis player, representing the country in the junior's competition. And because of her tough image, all of us tend to go to her whenever we needed help during uni days. Haha, what to do, there was no man in our house last time (all my housemates are girls).

Now she is happily married to my other coursemate and they lived in their own apartment in Singapore. Earning Singapore dollar monthly, that is something we have always wanted, and envy her to be able to do so. Till the day we meet again on your wedding day, i am gonna miss u lots! *muaks*
