Happy New Year 2006!

Countdown @ The Curve last nite was great.

It was raining heavily when my frens and I were about to leave home to the destination. So the traffic was a bit slow, but still moving. As we were reaching 1U, traffic became worse. Cars were queuing up to enter the car park in Ikano. We were lucky to manage to find a spot within 5 mins.

The other gang (my colleagues) were supposed to meet me up for dinner, but i was late, thanks to the weatherman and the "fabulous" traffic. So they went for a drink next door, while me and my frens took our late dinner @ Sakae Sushi.

The place was cool, cos we had a PC for each table to do the order ourselves. And i honestly have to give a thumbs up to them, cos it was really systematic and efficient. Our food came shortly after the order was placed.

Initially, there were only 5 of us who came in a car. Then, another group of 4 joined us and followed by another 2 frens in the third car. Our table was to be meant for 6 pax, but the 11 of us squeezed in shamelessly. *dum*dee*dum* -_-

I ran off next door to meet up with the other gang, to provide some space to the already crowded table.

Some of the pics are not so "decent", as a result of a few rounds of beer. So better not post it up here :P

The fireworks at the stroke of midnite was truly amazing! It lasted for more than 10 minutes (i think) and i can feel my neck getting a bit painful for looking up to the sky for too long. But it was worth it. Oh, i cant wait to check out the video Jeff recorded in his digicam next week when we go back to work. ^_^
